About Me

Hi there. I’m Annora.

The name Annora has English roots from my own genealogy. Its meaning is ‘honor’, which is something I hold dear in myself and others.

Over the years, I’ve done a lot of spiritual and religious study, but every time I think I’ve reached the pinnacle I want to rest on, I’ve found another mountain that deserves to be climbed. Or it’s a mountain that has been ‘suggested’ for me to climb. Because of this, my personal religion, Druidic Heathenry, is a living, breathing thing that is sometimes hard to give a voice to. This makes things challenging to write a blog such as this. However, in my mind, the fact that I don’t have all of the words to communicate my personal religious practice makes it even more important for me to try. The more I can communicate specifics about my practice, the more I understand my practice. The more I understand my practice, the more I can see how to relate with other practitioners out there. And because of all of this work, my practice becomes richer and more authentic.
